At XTERRA WETSUITS, we want to ensure you have the perfect fit for your next swim. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your gear within 30 days of purchase provided it is in new, unused condition.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your wetsuit or gear is clean, dry, and free of any fingernail tears or signs of use in the water.

• 2.
  Initiate Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Carefully fold your wetsuit to avoid creasing, place it in the original box, and attach the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the return, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
